“A number of years ago I was commissioned to paint this scene of the Weyerhaeuser Mansion in Tacoma, WA. The scene I chose features the beautiful rose garden in full bloom. I attempted to convey a sense of mystery and wonder. The early morning fog is in the air, the dew is clinging to the grass and a bird bathes nearby. It's a quiet moment of peaceful reflection.”
